"If we could give Larry 10 stars out of 5, we would. His work ethic is second to none. If you are serious about buying or selling a home, he will make it happen for you. Larry took the time not only to get us the right house, but also to mentor us every step along the way. He is extremely responsive, reliable, and got us showing appointments very quickly every time. He offered a lot of helpful advice but also made sure we were comfortable with every decision we made. Larry prioritizes making the right deal - he never once pressured us just to close the deal. He thoroughly checked every property we looked at and alerted us to any details we may have missed. His straightforward approach was much appreciated. "Larry was exceptional! If you are looking for a knowledgeable, honest, engaging, motivated and well connected realtor, you found him! I don't think we would have gotten the home we did without him. He saw the home as soon as it came back on the market and emailed us asking what we thought. He advocated for us with every offer we placed and we placed 7 with a 5 week period of time (I think). He was able to close our final deal by tweeking things I would have never thought of that gave us a little edge over the other offer. When we first met him, he started pointing on things that we might have not noticed with the houses we looked at. He, of course, asked us if we minded. It was amazing to see how much experience he has which displayed in the buying of our house. He told us his experiences and why he was pointing it out. We used a physician's loan and he had to explain the loan to almost every realtor we spoke with. He is extremely knowledgeable and knows the ins and outs. He was patient with us, even when we were with him every weekend for 5 weekends in a row. We felt bad for monopolizing his time, but he was very flexible. In this market, negotiating skills have to be 110% and he had that perfected. He never pressured us into making an offer we didn't feel comfortable with. I'm a very anxious personality and Larry was very good about trying to calm me down when my anxiety started peaking with the home buying process. Larry changed our minds about realtors. We had a distrust for them before and now we fully trust Larry with any future buying or selling needs."
